Welcome to Studio Vision. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Studio Vision website, services, and any related applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Studio Vision LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates this creative studio, providing a range of visual arts and production services.

These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2026. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Our Services and Booking Policy

Studio Vision offers a variety of creative services, including but not limited to photography, videography, graphic design, and content creation. Details of our services can be found on our Services page.

Booking a Service:

All bookings are subject to availability. To book a service, please contact us through our Contact page or by phone.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. This deposit is transferable to a rescheduled appointment if cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
For custom projects or larger productions, a detailed quote and a specific payment schedule will be provided.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:

If you need to reschedule your booking, please provide at least 7 days' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit amount.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or illness on our part, we will provide as much notice as possible and will offer to reschedule your service or provide a full refund of any deposit paid.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. We accept payment via major credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as indicated on our Pricing page.

Late Payments:

Payments not received by the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services for accounts with overdue balances.

Refunds:

Deposits are non-refundable as stated in the booking policy, except in cases where Studio Vision cancels the service.
Refunds for services rendered will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Studio Vision.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the Studio Vision website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Studio Vision LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or transmit any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent.

Any work produced by Studio Vision for clients will be subject to a separate licensing agreement that will detail usage rights, ownership, and any restrictions. Typically, clients receive full usage rights for the final delivered product for their intended purpose, as outlined in their service agreement.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

When using our Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking services or contacting us.
Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws and regulations.
Not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or our servers.
Respect the intellectual property rights of Studio Vision and its clients.
Not post or transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
Be respectful of Studio Vision staff and other clients.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Studio Vision provides its services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Vision LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
Any content obtained from the Service.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our website and services, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

11. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Studio Vision LLC regarding the Service, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Service.
